Steps to Access Shared Folder in Windows 7
Method 1 of 2:
Step 1: Click on your “Username” available on the “Start” menu.
Step 2: Under Homegroup option, you will see the system names connected to your system’s homegroup, click on the arrow to expand the folder.
Step 3: Select the folder, which you want to access.
Step 4: Once you click on the folder, the content which is shared will appear on the right side as shown below.
Method 2 of 2:
Step 1: Go to “Computer” by clicking on the “Start” button or directly through the folder available on your desktop.
Step 2: Select “Network” option from the left corner (or if available at home screen of your system).
Then all the systems, connected to your system would appear, click on the one you want to access the folders.
Step 3: Folders which were shared are now accessible.
