Sometimes you might feel irritated while typing your name and details at the end of every email, but did you know that now you can add a basic signature with an image in email easily by doing some simple steps.
Your email looks professional when it contains a proper signature, website link and your company logo. Steps to add a basic signature with an image in Gmail:
Step 1: Login to your Gmail account by entering your email address and password and then press “Sign in” button.
Step 2: Then go to settings by clicking on the gear icon as shown in the image below.
Step 3: Under the general tab, you’ll see a Signature option. You may see that by default “No signature” radio button turned on, and you’ve to turn off that button first.
Step 4: Just click on the radio button just below the “No signature” radio button to turn off “No signature” option and then you’ll be automatically redirected to signature message box as shown in the image below.
Step 5: You can also insert links such as web address and email address within your signature. Just click on the link icon and you may see a new window pops open.
Step 6: Under “Edit link” window you’ll be able to add your website address as well as your email address.
Step 7: You can also insert images in your signature. For that click on “insert image” icon.
Step 8: Go to upload tab and click on “Select a file from your computer” and after uploading your signature image from your system, just click on “Select” button to make it official.
Step 9: Now, you can see your signature with an image is now placed inside gmail text box.
Step 10: After making your changes, just click on “Save changes” button. Here you go, your signature is created now which is going to be appended at the end of all the outgoing messages by default.
