How to Add and Remove Watermark in Excel

By Neha T Leave a Comment

Excel allows you to add and remove watermark from the spreadsheet. Watermark can either be a text or a picture that you add to the background of your document that appears behind the main text of your document.

However, the watermark does not overshadow the main text of the document. This is because the watermark is usually applied in a lighter shade so that it doesn’t create any problem in reading the document.

In this section, we will discuss the following:

  1. Add a Text Watermark
  2. Format a Text Watermark
  3. Add Watermark Using Word Art
  4. Format Word Art Watermark
  5. Add a Picture Watermark
  6. Format a Picture Watermark
  7. Reposition a Watermark
  8. Resize a Watermark
  9. Remove Watermark

Steps to Add and Remove Watermark in Excel:
