Steps to archive email in Gmail:
Step 1: First login to your Gmail account by providing your email address and password and then click on the “Sign In” button.
Step 2: Now, just select the mails which you want to archive. Here you can select your mails one by one or you can select the drop down button as marked on the image below to select all the messages at once.
Step 3: Here, you can select All, Read, Unread, Starred or Unstarred mails. (We are selecting All options)
Step 4: In the next step you may see all your mails have been selected, and there is a check mark in front of every mail. Now, you just need to click on the “Archive” button to archive your mails.
Step 5: As soon as you click on the archive button, you may get a confirmation message as shown in the image below.
Step 6: Now, you may be wondering how to find your archived emails. Don’t worry friends, just click on the “More” button to expand other options.
Step 7: Now, click on the “All Mail” option to see all your mails including archived emails.
