Steps to Archive Emails in Gmail
Step 1: First you have to log in to your Gmail account using our Gmail Id and password.
Step 2: The first page that appears after log in shows the emails from your inbox label or folder. Now, select the emails from the inbox which you want to archive. For that, you have to check the checkbox in front of the emails that you want to archive. You can select a single email or multiple emails at once.
Step 3: After you select the emails to archive, at the top of the screen there appears an “Archive” icon. Click that icon to archive your selected emails.
Step 4: After you click the archive icon you can see that your selected emails would disappear from your inbox and a message will be displayed at the left bottom of your screen that your conversations are archived.
If you want to see your archived emails you can go to the All Mails label. You can view your all archived mails there. In case someone replies to your archived email, it will automatically start appearing in your inbox.
