Flipkart is an e-commerce company and is one of the 10 most visited websites in India. It offers the facility to cancel the order of any item placed with them.
You can ask for the cancellation of an order if the item reaches you in the ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’ state.
Once the order is placed, and you find there are good deals on the other e-commerce websites then you can cancel the order by performing the simple steps.
Steps Of Cancelling the order with Flipkart
Step 1: You need to login to its Official Website (flipkart.com)
Step 2: Once you login to the site, enter your Email id and Password and then click on “LOGIN” button.
Step 3: Click on your Account and select ‘Orders’.
Step 4: You will find the items which you ordered. Now Select an item that you want to cancel and click on the “Cancel” button on the right side under “Actions”.
Step 5: You will find a message displaying “Request Cancellation”. You need to select the “Reasons for cancellation”. I have selected “Not Interested any more”.
Step 6: Now click on “CONFIRM CANCELLATION”.
Step 7: Once the Cancellation is confirmed, you will find the message displaying “We have received your cancellation request for the following 1 item. You will receive a confirmation once the cancellation is completed”. Click on ‘Close’.
