Step 1: Go to “Control Panel” by clicking on “Start” button.
Step 2: Click “Clock, Language, and Region” from the given list in control panel.
Step 3: Press the “Region and Language” option.
Step 4: “Region and Language” window will appear, choose “Keyboards and Languages” tab.
Step 5: Under display language section, select the language you want to use in your system from the drop down list.
Once you select the language, click “OK” to implement your selected language in your system.
Step 6: Windows will ask you to Log off. So you need to close all your important applications and wait for a while to restart again.
Your display language has been changed now, you may find this once your system restarts.
