Step 1: First login to your Gmail account by entering your email address and then click on the “Next” button.

Step 2: After that, type your password and then click on “Sign In” button.

Step 3: Now, go to Gmail settings by clicking on the “gear icon” which is at the top left corner of your screen.

Step 4: Under settings, just go to “Account and Import” tab, as you can see in the image below.

Step 5: Now, inside ‘Account and Import’ tab, you may see different options. Just go to “Send mail as” option and click on “Edit Info” link.

Step 6: After clicking on the ‘edit info’ link, you may see new window pops open which contains your username and email address.

Step 7: If you want to change your username, then you’ve to enter your name in the box provided below. (Note: You have to click the radio button to switch between old username and new user name).
