Steps to Clear History in Safari Browser:
Method 1 of 2: Using Settings App
Steps 1: Tap on the Settings app of your iPhone to get into the settings.
Step 2: On the Settings page search for the Safari browser and tap on it.
Step 3: Scroll down the Safari page, search and tap on “Clear History and Website Data”.
Step 4: A confirmation will pop up asking you whether you really want to clear the history of Safari browser. It also informs you that clearing history will remove cookies and other browsing data too along with that from the devices through which you are signed in to your iCloud account. Tap on ‘Clear History and Data’ to clear the history.
Method 2: Using Safari Browser App
Step 1: Tap on the Safari browser app on your iPhone to get in to the browser.
Step 2: Tap on the Book icon at the bottom of screen as you can see in the image below.
Step 3: Further you have to tap on the History icon denoted by a clock as you can observe in the image below.
Step 4: You can view all your browsing history on the History page, at the right bottom of your screen you have to tap on the Clear button.
Step 5: It will display a confirmation pop up which will inform you that clearing history would remove cookies and other browsing data too. Here you can decide the range up to which you want to delete the browsers history. Like you can clear history of all time or only of last hour, etc.
