Step 1: First, you need to open Microsoft Word and then click on the Microsoft Office button, as marked in the image below.

Step 2: Now, click on the “Word Options” which is located at the bottom of the drop down that you’ve opened.

Step 3: You may see different categories inside ‘word options’, what you need to do is to select the “Advanced” option.

Step 4: Under ‘Advanced’ option just scroll down a little bit to view “Display” option.
