Step 1: Open Outlook 2007 on your system.
Step 2: Click on “Tools” tab and select “Account Settings”.
Step 3: Click “New” on the E-mail tab at the top of the screen.
Step 4: If you want to Choose E-mail Service, select Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP, and click “Next”.
Step 5: Type in your necessary details like Your Name, Email Address and Password. Click on “Next”.
Step 6: Your Gmail configuration is completed successfully. Click on “Finish”.
