Steps to Create a HomeGroup in Windows 10
Step 1: Go to the “Start Menu” and click on “Control Panel”.
Step 2: Now, Select “Network and Internet”.
Step 3: Then click on “HomeGroup”.
Step 4: You’ll see a message as “There is currently no homegroup on the network” which ensures that you’ve not created any HomeGroup yet.
So in order to create it, just Click on “Create a homegroup” button.

Tried everything I can think of to set up a “Homegroups” to connect my wifi thermostat that comes up “open” and not connected to wifi because it can’t find the a home group.
Everything else I have is still connected after the windows 10 upgrade, but can’t find where they talk to each other. All are listed on my router.
