Step 1: Go to start and click on “Settings”.
Step 2: Under the settings, click on “Accounts” section.

Step 4: Under ‘Accounts’ move to the “Family and other users” option.
Step 5: Now inside the “Family and other users” you’ll see a “+” sign, just click on that to add a new user.
Step 6: If you have an email id or contact information then its fine, if not, then you can click “The person I want to add doesn’t have an email account”.
Step 7: If you want to create his/her Microsoft account, then it’s good, else click on “Add a user without a Microsoft account”.
Step 8: Finally, your account has been created.
You can edit this account by clicking on the name of that account as shown in the figure below.
