You people may already know the meaning of word “signature” in the terms of the email which means a block wherein your personal details are written and that appears at the bottom of each sent mail. In some cases people use delete option when they find that their signature is wrongly created. In that case you don’t have to delete your signature you can just edit it. Steps to Edit Signature in Outlook 2010
Step 1: Open your Microsoft Outlook and then click “File” tab on the top menu bar.
Step 2: Then click on “Options” as shown in the image below.
Step 3: Click on “Mail” button at the left navigation bar and then, click on “Signature” option as shown in the image below.
Step 4: You will find the list of your signatures that you have created. Click on the signature that you want to edit and then, click on “Rename” option.
Step 5: A dialog box will appear at the center of the screen.
Fill up the new signature name that you want to add in and click on “OK” button.
Step 6: Type in the signature details in the given text area. You will find your edited signature name in the signature list under the “E-mail Signature” tab.
Click on “OK” and your signature is successfully edited.
