Steps to get Offline Maps from the Maps App in Windows 10
Step 1: First, go to the Windows search bar and type ‘maps’. You’ll see a “Maps app”, click it to open.
Step 2: When your app is open, click on “Settings” gear icon which is at the bottom left corner.
Step 3: Under the ‘Offline maps’ option, click on “Download or update maps” button.
Step 4: Now, ‘system’ window pops open, click on “Download Maps” button to download your map.
Step 5: After that, the Maps app asks you to choose a continent, in which your desired country is located.
Step 6: Now, a list of countries under that particular continent will be displayed on your screen. Choose your desired country.
Step 7: You may see the downloading progress of your map, as shown in the image below.
Step 8: You can also update your map, by clicking on “Check now” button.
Step 9: If you no longer want your map, then you can delete it by clicking on “delete” button, as shown in the image below.
