Mute and Unmute Yourself
Step 1: Whenever you join or start any zoom meeting you can mute yourself. To mute yourself just tap at the mid of the Zoom screen and you can view a Mute icon at the left bottom of the Zoom screen.
Click the Mute icon and then no one in the meeting can hear you till you are mute.
Step 2: When you want to unmute, yourself you have click on the Unmute icon.
Mute All Participants of the Meeting
Step 1: You can mute all the participants of the meeting. For that, you have to click on the Participants icon at the bottom of the screen.
Step 2: A Participants window will pop up to the right side of the Zoom window. Here at the bottom, you have to click on Mute All button.
Step 3: A Mute All window will pop up. Here you are provided with an option, you can allow participants to unmute themselves whenever they require.
Beside the Mute All button you have Unmute All button using which you can unmute all the participants of the meeting at once.
In the Participants window, beside the Participants window, you have a More button represented with three dots. Click the More button and in the options, you can ‘mute participant on their entry in the meeting’. You can ‘allow the participants to Unmute themselves‘ in between the meeting.
Mute Individual Participant
To mute an individual participant just hover the mouse over the individual’s name in the participant window. You will find a Mute button click that mute button to mute that particular participant.
In this way, you can mute several participants in the meeting. You can also Unmute the muted participant using the Unmute button.
