Steps to Print an Email in Gmail:
Print all the Messages of an Email at Once
Step 1: Login to your Gmail account with your Gmail-address and password.
Step 2: When Logged in successfully you will ultimately see the mails of the inbox. Click the email of which you want to take a print out.
Step 3: The mail has opened and you can observe that this mail has multiple threads of conversation. To print all the messages of the entire conversation, click the Print all button at the right corner of the mail as you can see in the image below.
Step 4: An interface will pop up asking you for the printing details like destination printer from where the print will be out, number of pages, the layout of the pages, the colour of printout. At the left side of the interface, you have a preview of the page to be print.
After specifying the printing details click on Print.
Print an Individual Message from an Email:
Step 1: Open a mail which has several conversational threads. Now, at the right of each message, you have ‘More’ option indicated by three vertical dots.
Click the More option.
Step 2: A list will appear containing the Print option. Click on Print.
Step 3: An interface will pop out demanding for the printing details. Such as destination printer, the number of pages, layout of the pages and colour of the printout. At the left side of the interface, you can preview the message which you have selected to print.
After verifying the details click on Print.
