How to put Signature in Outlook 2010

The Microsoft Outlook 2010 comes with the lot of new features and improvements which makes it more attractive than the Outlook 2007. One of the most popular as well as important feature in Outlook 2010 is Signatures.

Signature allows you to customize your business as well as personal details which you may wish to add at the end of each outgoing messages.

You may add your Name, Contact details, Designation , Company logo or the Image of your handwritten signature so that it will be added automatically to all the recipient.

When you create more than one signatures and you want to select any specific signature for any particular recipient, you can add that signature simply by selecting it from the list. Follow this tutorial which may help you in learning how to put signature in Outlook 2010.

Steps to Put Signature in Outlook 2010

Step 1: Open Microsoft Outlook 2010 on your computer and click on “File” tab in the top menu bar.

Step 2: In the “File” tab click “Options” on the left navigation panel.

Step 3: Click on “Mail” in “Outlook Options” window.

Scroll down and you will find the “Signatures” option. Click on it, in order to open the “Signatures and Stationery” window.

Step 4: You may find the list of all the signatures you have created. Click on the signature you wish to open and you will find the signature text in the text area below as shown in the image below.

    I set upMy signature in Outlook 2010, and my name is sitting there, but when I click on it before sending my email message, it does not appear on the page. Just wondering what I can do about that. Also, how do why connect Outlook 2010 with my iPhone SE 2020? Thank you so much.
