Steps to Put Signature in Outlook 2010
Step 1: Open Microsoft Outlook 2010 on your computer and click on “File” tab in the top menu bar.
Step 2: In the “File” tab click “Options” on the left navigation panel.
Step 3: Click on “Mail” in “Outlook Options” window.
Scroll down and you will find the “Signatures” option. Click on it, in order to open the “Signatures and Stationery” window.
Step 4: You may find the list of all the signatures you have created. Click on the signature you wish to open and you will find the signature text in the text area below as shown in the image below.
