Sometimes you delete your important mail out of ignorance or due to a stressful day and want the deleted mail back in the inbox, this is only possible when you recover it from the trash within 30 days.
The deleted message moves to the Trash and remain there for 30 days but if it has been longer than 30 days or you have deleted a message permanently from “Trash” then it isn’t possible to recover the message.
Steps to Recover the Deleted Emails
Step 1: Go to gmail.com type in your login credentials viz User id and Password.
Step 2: Click on “Trash” on the left panel under ‘More” option.
Step 3: You will find the list of emails recently deleted by you and will remain in the Trash for 30 days before it gets permanently deleted. Here I have selected an email to delete as shown in image.
Step 4: Right click on that email, you will find the option as “Move to inbox” select that option to move that particular email to the inbox.
Step 5: Now go to inbox and you will find your deleted email which is now recovered.
