Steps to resize the Unity launcher:
Step 1: First go to ‘Unity launcher’ and click on the “System Settings”.
Step 2: Under ‘System Settings’, click the “Appearance” tab.
Step 3: Under ‘Appearance’, You’ll see “Launcher icon size” at the bottom. (Note: By default the icon size is set at 48).
Step 4: Here, under “Launcher icon size” you can change your icon size according to your system screen size.
Step 5: After adjusting your desired size, close the ‘Appearance’ window and now you can see that the size of your Unity launcher is changed.
