How to Set Alarms, Stopwatch, World Clock and Timers in Windows 10

Windows 10 comes up with another feature or you can say an app, which is named as “Alarms & Clocks”. This app is not new to the windows, but it has got modified in Windows 10. Now, this time, the alarm and clock app is equipped with Alarms, World Clock, Timer and Stopwatch, all together.

I guess you are very well familiar with this function, if you are using the alarms in a day to day life on your Android or iOS phones, but now, you can also use this feature on your PC and laptops, having the Windows 10 installed it.

Go through this article to find out, how to set alarms, stopwatch, world clock and timers in Windows 10, by following the steps as explained below.

Steps to Set Alarms, Stopwatch, World Clock and Timers in Windows 10

Step 1: First go to the search bar and type ‘alarms’. You’ll see the “Alarms & Clock” desktop app, just click on it to open.

Step 2: Now you’ll see, the Alarm and clock window pops open. Here your first tab is “Alarm”, where you can set your alarm by clicking on “+” sign at the bottom right corner.

Step 3: Now you have to configure your alarm, and for that, you have to provide the alarm name, time, repeats snooze time and the alarm sound.

Step 4: First, set your alarm name and the alarm time.

Step 5: Then select the day when you want your alarm to work.

Step 6: Then select the alarm sound from different inbuilt sounds in this app.

Step 7: Finally, select a “Snooze Duration” and then press “Save” key, which is at the bottom right corner, as shown in the figure below.

Step 8: Now you can see that your alarm is now configured, if you wish to delete your alarm, then just right click on that particular alarm and then tap on “delete” button.

Step 9: The second tab is the “World Clock”, here you can have your local time and also the time of any other place can be added for your reference. For that, you have to click on “+” button which is at the bottom right corner.

Step 10: Now you have two time zones. If you wish to pin your clock to the start menu, then just Right click on that particular timezone and then click on “Pin to start”. In the same way, if you want to delete the timezone, then click on “delete” button.

Step 11: Your next tab is a “Timer”, here you can set your time or can add a new timer as you want.

Step 12: For adding a new timer, just click on “+” button which is at the bottom right corner. A new window will pop open, just provide the timer name and the duration. Then, click on Save button to add your timer.

Step 13: Last but not the least, is the “Stopwatch” option, here you can use the stopwatch feature easily.

Step 14: You can expand your stopwatch to get a better view. Here you can save your lap time by clicking on a “Flag” icon

Step 15: You can also share your score via the share button in the bottom right corner.
