Steps to Share files using Google Drive:
Step 1: Go to drive.google.com and login to your google drive account using your login credentials.
Step 2: Click on the blank space near the file name that you want to share, for selecting the file. As a click on the file name will open and show the preview of the file.
After selecting the file, there appears a Share button on the top, click the Share button.
Step 4: Now, it’s time to decide what accessing rights you want to provide to the person with whom you are sharing the file. Whether the person receiving the file can edit that file, or can only comment on the shared file, or can only view the shared file.
For that click on the down arrow button beside email address box and select according to your requirement.
Finally, click on the Send button.
Step 5: A confirmation box will open assuring that anyone holding this invitation can access the file without signing into the Google Drive.
