Method 2 of 2: Using Control Panel
Step 1: Search for the control panel in Windows 10 search box and open it.
Step 2: In the control panel window you have to click on ‘Appearance and Personalization’.
Step 3: Under Appearance and Personalization you have to click on File Explorer Options.
Step 4: A new ‘File Explorer Options’ window will pop up where you have to go to the View tab.
Step 5: Under the View tab you have the Advanced Settings section. Under the Hidden files and folders, you have to click the radio button ‘Show hidden files, folders and drives’.
Step 6: To apply the changes you have to click Apply button and then you have to click on OK.
It will unhide all the hidden files and folders.
