To access the snap window feature of Windows 10 it must be enabled. Though by default this feature is enabled but in case it is has been disabled
Step 1: In the Windows search box type Settings to get into the Settings of your system.
Step 2: In the Settings window search and click on System.
Step 3: In the left navigation panel below the system you have to search and click on Multitasking.
Step 4: At the right section of the window under Multitasking you have to enable the ‘Snap windows’ toggle button.
Along with this, you can also decide whether at the time when you snap a window it must automatically get sized to fill the available space. Even to show what can be snapped next. And if a snapped window is resized the adjacent snapped window must also be resized.
Once you have enabled the snap window you can split-screen using your mouse or the using keyboard shortcuts.
Just left-click on the top ribbon of the window that you want to get snapped hold it for a long and then drag the mouse to the left or right side of the screen where you want to adjust it.
Drag until your mouse stops moving and then release the mouse. Here you can see that your dragged window has covered half of the screen. Now from the left-over windows select one window and it will get snapped on the remaining side of the screen.
