Steps to Take Screenshot in Windows 7
Step 1: Press the “Print Screen” key on your keyboard as shown in the image.
This will capture your desired screen.
Step 2: Now you need to paste the screenshot of the image which you have taken. You can either paste it in paint or in a word.
I have pasted in”Paint”. Go to “Paint” by clicking “Start” icon.
If you wish to send the captured image via e-mail, you can do it by pasting it in the body of an email.
Step 3: Press “Ctrl+V” key on your keyboard, your image will be pasted in paint.
Step 4: Now save your image by clicking “File” tab at the top left corner and click on “Save as” option.
Step 5: Once you click “Save as”, it will ask you to set the name and the type for your image. JPG and PNG are most commonly used file extensions to save an image.
